Clinical Significance

Anti-Müllerian Hormone Test (AMH) is a marker that is used to evaluate an ovarian reserve and predict the outcome of In-vitro Fertilization (IVF) or other Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). This test can also be used to assess the ovarian function in patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), to diagnose and monitor Ovarian tumors, and to determine the menopausal status.
